Any good dog clothes store in New York City?

Me & my family is heading to New York City for my dad's business trip , I plan to go shopping while I'm there but of course I want to buy Fiona (my Gorgeous all white Pomeranian) a few outfits too. But before I go I want to know where all the nice places are. We are going to be stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Is there any near there?
The Business Trip was canceled, sadly, oh and thank you for the info about B**** New York. Also for the people who say dog's hate wearing clothes, my dog loves wearing her pretty outfits. She gets excited every time I take out one of her dresses. She also does this thing where she won't leave the house if she isn't in one of her outfits, sometimes it gets annoying if we are just going round the corner, but she does look super cute in her dress!
