Cartoon character that had a talking blue dog that goes to school and wears normal clothes?
Okay so when i was really little i watched a movie that's part of a series,the front cover had a blue dog with glasses i think and wears a yellow-red striped shirt i think,then his best friend is a freckle-faced guy with also glasses,they go to school together.
In the movie,the blue dog wanted to be a boy,and i think it had some music in it also...
Okay so the buds went to this swampy thing and the evil bad guy said he made a deal with the blue dog and turned him into a boy,it all eventually became all singing stuff i think and then bad stuff happen,the blue dog then turned back into a dog.The End.
I forgot the series's name,i think it aired in Nick,or Cartoons Network.
Man i missed that show,even though it seemed really bad when i remembered.
More details on the front cover: Ok so this blue dog with clothes and glasses was standing on Earth and behind him was some characters,thats it.
