I am guessing that the dog associates the extra attention with the clothing, which may make it seem as though the dog enjoys wearing clothes. Also, if the dog is cold, surely they do feel much warmer and very comfortable in a sweater, which they will enjoy as well.

Anyways, my two Chihuahuas do love to get their sweaters and jackets put on, especially my older one. If I am putting a sweater on one of the girls, my other Chi gets in the way and tries to push herself into the sweater.

I don't think it really matters to him, if he did not like it he would try to take if off, and yes all dogs like attention so he probably likes it

Small dogs were bred to be little babies and wear clothes. Where I live this little chihuahua will get MAD if she doesn't have her dresses. So it depends on what kind of dog it is. If it is a small dog it doesn't mind because that is what it was bred for. Bigger dogs probably are just putting up with it or they have worn it so much they feel like it is wrong not to wear it.

my dog HATES clothes absolutly hates them!
but every dog is different my dog already has alot of fur and generates alot of heat on her own but i would say a smaller dog or one with less hair would be suitable, but that always depends on the dog(:

it sounds like he likes them just fine.

I agree with everyone else. I'm not sure it's a case of liking it, I think it's more of "I just don't care". The only time you may notice your dog disliking the clothes it's wearing is if they are already too hot (but even then it may not associate being too hot with the t-shirt it's wearing) or if you accessorize with let's say a baseball cap or glasses or something! I have a pic of my Jack Russell wearing a t-shirt baseball cap and sunglasses that were made for a teddy bear but fit him perfectly (the t-shirt is a doggy shirt) and he tolerated it for a short while for some pictures then threw the glasses off. And of course the hat only stayed on as long as he sat still lol. But t-shirts and coats he's not fussed about. He's been dressed since a pup by his previous owner so he's used to it. Although I only dress him when it's particularly cold outside and his fur hasn't grown in quickly enough (he has a long but thin coat).
