My dog chews my clothes. Why?
I have a 7 year old Black Lab that I just adore, but the only thing I can't stand is that he chews up my clothes when I'm not around. Could this be from being left alone all day while my husband and I are at work or what could be the root of the problem here. The strange thing is that he is terrified of any type of dog toys - I think he had a bad experience with his previous owners. I have tried to give him clothes that he has already ruined thinking that if he just needs to chew that would help, but he always chooses clothes that we have just worn. Please help I can't afford to buy new clothes all the time.
