My dog is trained to not get in my bed, but in the middle of the night he gets in my bed, how can I stop it?

During the day my dog sleeps in his bed. At night when I get in my room he goes directly to his bed and sleeps there, but in the middle of the night he gets in my bed, like a small child. How to stop it?
Is a small apartment without doors inside.
