What size dog clothes should i buy fr my jack russell terrier?

i have a 3 year old JRT and hes all white. he is 12.5lbs so i was wondering what size you think he would need?
also while your at it, what colour would look good on him since he's all white?
i live in nova scotia canada where it gets extremly cold in the winter..
thats the only time hes going to wear a sweater..
huuuuu, and his old ouners said he loved wearngclthes but they have another dogso they arnt giving me any with him.. i did not ask this question so people could tell me not to.
