I recently adopted a 2 year old Pointer/Beagle mix from the local humane services center. Since getting him he's doing one thing in particular that I find odd: When he jumps on the bed he always kicks at it in much the same way a dog kicks grass over their poop. What's up with this?
Is it a form of dominance? He is rather stubborn and unaffected by my voice regardless of tone.
